Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions explain the basis on which Price4Meet provides meeting arrangement and coordination services.
1. About these terms
Price4Meet is the trading name of PRICE 4 LESS LTD, company number 13319489.
By submitting a meeting request or accepting a service proposal from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any specific arrangements confirmed in writing.
2. Our services
Price4Meet provides business meeting arrangement and coordination services.
Depending on the agreed requirement, services may include:
- meeting room sourcing or booking;
- meeting schedule coordination;
- attendee coordination;
- room and seating arrangement;
- basic meeting setup;
- coordination of agreed meeting requirements;
- pre-meeting communication and confirmation.
The exact service provided will depend on the requirements discussed and confirmed before the booking is finalised.
3. Meeting requests
Submitting a request through the website does not by itself create a confirmed booking.
We will review the information provided and contact you to discuss availability, requirements, pricing and any relevant arrangements.
A service becomes confirmed only after the arrangements have been agreed and the required confirmation and payment process has been completed.
4. Service pricing
Prices depend on the type of meeting, number of attendees, duration, location and services required.
Where a specific price is required, we will provide the relevant pricing information before the service is confirmed.
Any third-party venue or supplier costs included in an agreed arrangement will be identified where appropriate.
5. Payment
Price4Meet does not currently take payment directly through an online checkout on this website.
Once a service has been reviewed and agreed, payment instructions will be provided separately through an appropriate communication channel.
A booking will not be treated as fully confirmed until the agreed payment or other confirmation requirement has been met.
6. Customer information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the meeting, including attendee numbers, preferred dates, timings, location requirements and any other information needed to arrange the service.
If important information changes, customers should tell us as soon as reasonably possible.
7. Changes to a booking
Requests to change a confirmed arrangement should be made as early as possible.
Changes may be subject to availability and may result in additional costs where a venue, supplier or other third party charges us for the change.
8. Cancellation
Cancellation arrangements will depend on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the services or third-party arrangements already made.
Where cancellation charges apply, they will be communicated as part of the relevant booking arrangements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
9. Third-party venues and suppliers
Some meeting arrangements may involve third-party venues, facilities or suppliers.
Their availability, facilities and specific terms may affect the final arrangement. Where relevant, we will communicate material third-party requirements to the customer.
10. Our responsibilities
We will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and skill and will communicate material information relating to the agreed arrangements.
We cannot guarantee the availability of a particular venue, supplier, room or facility until the relevant arrangement has been confirmed.
11. Website information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and current. However, website information is general information and may change without notice.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by information supplied incorrectly by the customer or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, venue closure, public authority action, major technical failures or other similar events.
14. Complaints
If you have a concern about a service or arrangement, please contact us as soon as possible.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you, the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided under them.
16. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this website.
